Today up to 2,500 people a week visit Norden Farm Centre for the Arts witnessing a variety of live shows, films, classes and workshops or just simply to eat in the Cafe Bar.
Norden Farm Centre for the Arts features state-of-the-art facilities including a Courtyard Theatre/Cinema, Studio Theatre, Gallery, Cafe Bar and Norden’s Restaurant which can cater for up to 80 people at any one time.

The Courtyard Theatre
Norden Farm Centre for the Arts’ largest performance space is the Courtyard Theatre. The Courtyard Theatre seats 225 in its standard format, although the staging and seating are flexible and can accommodate up to 265 people. The Courtyard Theatre benefits from a superb acoustic, beautiful wooden balconies and of course, high specification technical facilities.
Studio Theatre
Norden Farm Centre for the Arts’ second largest performance space has a maximum capacity of 100, and like the Courtyard Theatre hosts a wide range of performances by both local groups from around the country. The Studio Theatre features a programme including regular folk music events, their ‘Live Literature’ programme of readings and discussions with published writers and regular theatre shows for children.
Long Barn
The Long Barn is a multi-purpose venue which holds up to 80 people and benefits from its unique setting in Norden Farm Centre for the Arts’ 18th century barn. The timber framed barn offers an unusual and interesting environment for functions, and is used for youth activities, business meetings, training and receptions and occasional concerts, as well as visual arts classes and workshops.

The Gallery
The Gallery is located at the rear of Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, behind the Farmhouse. The Gallery features exhibitions of both two and three dimensional contemporary art. Entry is free, with exhibitions changing every three or four weeks.
